Q......What is your Returns and Refund Policy?
A......We guarantee all of our products to be as described and free from defects. If however you receive a product that you feel is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange an exchange or refund.
Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in the original condition it was sent.
Q......What if my purchase is the wrong size?
A......Not a problem, simply return the goods to us with a note to say whether you want a larger or smaller size. Please help us by trying on your purchase(s) as soon as you receive them without cutting off any of the attached labels.
Q......What if I do not receive my goods?
A......Normally, you should receive your goods within 10 working days, but please allow 20 Working days. If you do not receive your goods after this period of time, please contact our Helpline.
Q......Which Payment Methods can I use?
A......We accept MasterCard, Visa and Switch debit cards, American Express, cheques or postal orders . Please make cheques payable to: John Forsey.
Q......Why don't you allow a collection service?
A......This is not allowed by our bank in our mail order payment terms and conditions.
Q...... Is everything in stock?
A......We make every effort to hold stock of the Items we offer for sale on this site at all times. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you We may need to cancel the item from your order if it becomes discontinued. We remove any discontinued item from the website as soon as we receive notification to try and avoid this issue altogether.
Q...... What is your delivery policy?
A ( Sorry this does not cover Ireland, Isle of Wight or the Channel Island's and a surcharge for delivery will be added ). We endeavour to despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of order however there will be very busy times of the year when this is difficult to achieve. If you item is out of stock then it may take up to 10 days to be received from our suppliers. If your order is time critical please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

A......Postage and packing is currently varies on product.
Q...... I am visiting relatives in the UK, can my order be delivered to them?
A......Yes it can, please indicate that the order is for export in the special instructions box when you checkout. We will then send a customs approved invoice with the order. Take this to customs as you exit the UK and they will stamp it and fax us a copy. we can then credit your card with any sales tax (called Value Added Tax or V.A.T. in the UK) paid. We legally have to charge the tax initally for delivery to any address in the European Union.
Q...... Why don't you offer overseas surface mail?
A......Surface mail is untracked and not signed for, it costs more than DHL or UPS.
Q...... Will i incur additional charges for posting outside the UK?
A......Non UK mainland deliveries will attract a surcharge dependant upon region and country which you will be advised of and have the opportunity to agree to before despatch.
Q...... Will i need to be at home to accept delivery
A......Please note that UK orders are often despatched by courier and will require a signature.
