Wow! A jacket clearly designed by a wildfowler for wildfowlers - Beretta really have impressed us with this one.
Packed with a host of bespoke features this super lightweight jacket is particularly suited for use in very wet and muddy conditions.
The outer cloth is fully waterproof and breathable and made from ultra tough, non-absorbant polyester and is finished in Bill Jordan's Advantage Max-4 high definition camouflage. The cloth has been antimicrobial finished for scent removal and completely seam sealed.
The inside of the jacket is finished with Beretta body protection layer and lined with bloodproof nylon. It is thick enough to act as a moisture reservoir to aid breathability but not so thick that you end up sweating buckets making this a jacket for all seasons.
You can machine cold wash the jacket and tumble dry it on a cool setting.
Topped with a removable waterproof hood, the medium neck collar has two zipped extension flaps to aid temperature control. Each shoulder has non-slip pads to aid carrying all your gear.
The shoulders are cut using extra material to form action shoulders creating that roomy feel, ease of movement and preventing the sleeves ending up half way along your forearm when you raise a gun to shoot. Elasticated storm cuffs.
The full length zip, with storm flap, closes right to the top of the collar and has a styalised, cold weather, zip pull.
There are external zipped pockets on each side for mobile phone, GPS, radio, knife, whistle, compass etc. Body warmed, these pockets are also ideal for your duck calls.
As well as high and low handwarmer pockets there are two external cargo pockets.
The two internal zipped pockets are an impressive 12 inches wide and 8 and a half inches high.
At the back of the jacket, illustrated above, there is a built in, double extending, drop down seat flap that helps the jacket lend itself to many different applications including 'fowling, stalking, pest control, angling, bird watching, photography etc.
