A pair of these binoculars is consistantly picked out by discerning customers who are offered a choice of products ranging from £20 to £1000. "I just can't see eight hundred pounds worth of difference" is the most regular comment that we note.
The Mistral range are remarkably sharp and clear right to the edge and their particularly lage exit pupils, multicoated lenses and high quality bak-4 prisms help them mimic much higher grade (? well more expensive anyway - ed) binoculars in low light conditions.
All of these features are fine but useless if you cannot acquire a sight picture fast and easily. We have carefully observed a wide range of customers, both with and without glasses and how much 'fiddling about' is required. We feel that customers find the Mistral range easy to use and the feedback from customers is very positive. Excellent geometry, a large fast focus knob, diopter adjustment and easily adjustable eye caps all enhance the usability.
